Started in September, 2006 with a core group of members, XNB provides a positive, supportive, and structured environment for men and women to further their business through word of mouth marketing. Members share a commitment to excellence in their own businesses as well as in providing referrals for the benefit of others’ business success.

Ways to help each other in business

• A bona fide referral- when one member knows someone who needs the services of a member of XNB, so they speak with the person asking if they can have an XNB member contact them. This way , the member receiving the referral, will know that the prospect is expecting their call.
• Dance – a meeting with another XNB member where you each spend about 30 minutes each sharing information about what are good referrals for you, your spheres of influence, etc. so that you can better refer each other and build relationships among members,
• Bring a Guest- Members may invite guests to meetings to grow the group and possibly increase the referral network for members. A guest may attend twice prior to joining as a member.
• 10 minute presentation- Each week one member of the group gives a 10 minute presentation. This gives the member time to elaborate on their business and describe in more detail what a good referral is for them.
